This series is a case-based presentation including pathophysiology review, pharmacology review, presentation of evidence-based guidelines and review of diagnostic testing.

  1. You should be able to discuss the pathophysiology of various advanced lung diseases.
  2. 80% of learners who complete the evaluation will self-report increased knowledge regarding the pathophysiology of various advanced lung diseases.

ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. As a result of this session, learners will identify one evidence-based strategy they can implement as it relates to patient selection for lung transplantation.
