The Emergency Radiology Journal club will be a semi-regular opportunity for Emergency Radiology faculty and trainees to gather and discuss journal articles pertinent to the practice of Emergency Radiology. The goal will be to encourage up-to-date and evidence based practices.

The Vascular Surgery MMI is a weekly conference coordinated by the Department of Vascular Surgery. This conference involves the presentation of cases in which surgical complications are presented and discussed by the trainees involved with those particular cases using literature to support the discussion. The Cardio-oncology conference is a monthly meeting to discuss diagnosis and treatment of patients through both didactic lectures and case based discussions During these meetings, faculty and house staff will discuss the finer points of how to manage cardiovascular issues in patients with cancer. These cases are chosen by resident physicians or faculty and presented to the larger group. Discussion of any practice gaps ensues and more formal recommendations to change methods or protocols or therapy are made if needed.
