The cleft and craniofacial team meets on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Thursday of the month for at least one hour to an hour and a half confer on the patients seen in the multi-disciplinary clinic that day. The conference is lead by team director, Dr Michael Golinko, coordinated with Clare Gargaro, PA, and program manager Jennifer Tilton as each patient is presented, each team member from specialties including psychology, speech, feeding, nutrition, audiology, genetics, ENT, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, oral maxillofacial surgery, dentistry and orthodontics will be present to lend their assessment of the patient and the latest treatment modalities for the patients particular condition. Different clinical data is used such as physical exam, CT and dental xrays.

Objective(s): 1 Review and analyze findings in case presentations of patients with diagnosis of cleft palate or craniofacial syndrome. 2 Discuss applicability of relevant research studies, clinical practice guidelines and/or local best practice. 3 Based on the results of discussion, participate in determining best possible patient management strategies for patients with a diagnosis of cleft palate or craniofacial syndrome.
