Leaders were asked a standardized set of questions to determine their needs as a leader across VUMC. This information was synthesized, and themes emerged. The ability for VUMC leaders to coach their direct-reports for long-term and short term development, performance and behaviors was noted as an area of weakness among respondents.

1. After attending this event, participants will have increased knowledge and skills related to effective evidence-based coaching capabilities resulting in more successful outcomes for their “Direct Reports”.
