The Preceptor Treasures program focuses on excavating the hidden talents of experienced nurses through workshops and support. VUMC professionals who are interested in becoming a preceptor, or refreshing mentoring skills, can participate in the Preceptor Program, which has a variety of options throughout the year.


ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. After attending this event, 80% of participants will self-report increased knowledge related to the preceptor role, tools, and resources to create a learning environment for learners that foster professional and personal growth.
