Patient cases for the cardiac EP conference are selected from a listing of patient cases with adverse mortality or morbidity. Morbidities are reviewed; mortalities are discussed in detail. Relevant evidence is reviewed and opportunities for improvement are discussed. Changes in policy and procedure are considered and recommended.
