The purpose of this program is to provide education on professional conduct within the workplace. This course consists of a 3-day intensive training program and 3 virtual half-day follow-up sessions over 6 months. Participants will engage in interactive discussions, self-reflections, and assessments to discover personal traits and behavior patterns. The program covers communication skills, conflict management, emotional intelligence, positive intelligence, anger triggers, professionalism and more. Participants can complete a 360° workplace survey prior to attending and at the end of the course.


Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, you should be able to:

  1. Compare and contrast causes of unprofessional behavior
  2. Demonstrate awareness of the impact of behaviors that undermine a culture of safety
  3. Adopt new skills that support professional workplace behaviors
