Topics include how does the brain deal with uncertainty, coping with the impact of the trauma associated with a pandemic, what we have learned from natural disasters that is relevant to the current pandemic, the psychology of working on the front-lines with patients who have covid-19, healthy management of emotions related to a pandemic, and the role of mindfulness in a crisis like the COVID-19 pandemic.
