Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, you should be able to:

  1. Identify barriers to effective communication in the peri-operative setting
  2. Understand effective methods of communication in the peri-operative setting through simulation and group discussion
  3. Understand effective communication methods in daily practice in the academic peri-operative setting
