Objectives
After participating in this CME activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Identify and analyze for alignment the elements that comprise a team’s culture.
  2. Understand the importance of leveraging areas of alignment and resolving areas of misalignment to maximize performance.
  3. Experience how breakdowns in accountability are manifestations of rational behavior.
  4. Understand a leader’s role in resolving discrepancies between ‘rational’ and ‘optimal’ decisions to increase accountability.
  5. Classify and address common types barriers to accountability.
