Webcast Wednesday is offered every Wednesday from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm Central Time at . Local attendees can participate at Suite 37189, One Hundred Oaks Mall, 719 Thompson Lane in Nashville. Each session focuses on a discussion on recent developments in the care of patients with HIV, HCV, STIs, and other infectious diseases with an emphasis on challenging cases. After participating in Webcast Wednesday, clinician participants should be able to describe and discuss the epidemiology of sexually transmitted and other infectious diseases and their comorbidities, major advances in research on sexually transmitted and other infectious diseases, and strategies for incorporating research advances into the care of patients with sexually transmitted or other infectious diseases.


Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to describe and discuss:

  1. The epidemiology of sexually transmitted and other infectious diseases and their comorbidities.
  2. Major advances in research on sexually transmitted and other infectious diseases.
  3. Strategies for incorporating research advances into the care of patients with sexually transmitted or other infectious diseases.
