Objectives
After participating in this CME activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Describe and discuss the impact of the opioid epidemic on Tennessee State Courts and the families affected.
  2. Describe and discuss the strategies and resources of the National Judicial Opioid Task Force to work with Tennessee Courts to improve outcomes for pregnant women with opioid use disorders and their children and families.
  3. Describe and discuss the role of the TN Baby Courts.
