Monthly MMI meeting that goes over recent pediatric transplant cases, with lessons learned, practice changes, and corrective action planning.

The conference will present cases seen in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab from cardiology and radiology perspectives. Evidence-based approaches to the cases will be examined and discussed.

Nephrology Kidney Pancreas Transplant Conference is offered weekly. Participants will engage in education on Evidence-based approaches for diagnosing and managing kidney transplant-related diseases and improving patient outcomes. A variety of topics from researchers in several disciplines from across the VU and VUMC institutions will be covered.

Cardiovascular Medicine Arrhythmia Clinical Conference is offered weekly. Participants will engage in education on both classic and contemporary approaches to diagnosis and management of cardiac arrhythmias and improved patient outcomes. A variety of topics from researchers in several disciplines from across the VU and VUMC institutions will be covered.

Participants will engage in education the use of medical imagine in managing patients with neuroendocrine tumors and improving patient outcomes. A variety of topics from researchers in several disciplines from across the VU and VUMC institutions will be covered.

Multidisciplinary tumor board for lung cancer. Optimal therapy is individualized to a specific patient through discussion and coordination with multiple disciplines including medical oncology, thoracic surgery, pulmonary, pathology, radiation oncology, and radiology.

Participants will engage in education on Classic and contemporary approaches to diagnosis and management of renal disease and/or hypertension and improving patient outcomes. A variety of topics from researchers in several disciplines from across the VU and VUMC institutions will be covered.

Once monthly, two endocrine fellows will present one case each from that they were involved with, either inpatient or outpatient. The case, including HPI, PE, patient history, labs and imaging are presented followed by presentation of a literature search on the topic and discussion with the conference attendees. Conference attendees include other fellows, endocrine faculty and residents and medical students rotating through endocrinology.

Clinical Advanced Heart Failure Cardiac Meeting is offered weekly. Participants will engage in education on Managing heart transplant patients with advanced immunotherapy and anti-rejection medication and improving patient outcomes. A variety of topics from researchers in several disciplines from across the VU and VUMC institutions will be covered.

Renal Grand Rounds is offered weekly. Participants will engage in education on more efficient evaluation and management of patient with chronic kidney disease or end-stage kidney disease and improving patient outcomes. A variety of topics from researchers in several disciplines from across the VU and VUMC institutions will be covered.
