We will have lectures on a variety of Allergy/Immunology topics, including asthma, food allergy, atopic dermatitis, urticaria, and immunodeficiency, including case based learning breakout sessions. We will highlight new guidelines for treatment, in addition to new, targeted therapies and prevention of disease.


ACCME Objectives
  1. Describe when to refer a patient for drug allergy evaluation
  2. Describe an adequate skin care regiment for patients with atopic dermatitis, and understand new therapies that are available
  3. Understand the role of foods in atopic dermatitis
  4. Understand new treatments for food allergy and strategies for prevention of food allergy in infants
  5. Describe changes to asthma guidelines and new strategies for treatment of asthma
  6. Describe concerning vaccine reactions and when to refer for evaluation

ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. After participating in this educational activity, 80% of learners completing the evaluation will self-report increased knowledge in the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric allergic and immunologic conditions.
