Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network is offering a Project ECHO for community Pediatricians on Pediatric Behavioral Health. Virtual 60 minute sessions will be held every two weeks for a maximum of 10 sessions. Each session will consist of a didactic portion, case presentation, discussion and recommendations. This will be available to VHAN participating physicians and mid-level clinicians.


ACCME Objectives
  1. Identify patients with symptoms of depression who may benefit from intervention or supports
  2. Develop an individualized treatment plan to address psychosocial concerns
  3. Provide medication management for mild to moderate illness with increased self-efficacy
  4. Collaborate with caregivers, therapists, and other community partners as needed to coordinate care

ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. After participating in this event, 80% of learners who complete the evaluation will self-report an increase in knowledge regarding evidence base and best practice recommendations for prescribing psychiatric medication to treat mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety and depression in pediatric primary care setting.


Vanderbilt University Medical Center is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
