Pediatric Rheumatology Research Day is a single day showcase of the research and quality improvement work performed by the faculty and fellows in the division. The agenda includes individual presentations summarizing projects and their key findings. The conference also includes a guest speaker to broaden the scope of learning beyond pediatric rheumatology. The conference will conclude with a question and answer session as well as discussion on the clinical applicability of the research findings on direct care of patients with rheumatic disease.


Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, you should be able to:

  1. summarize the research and quality improvement initiatives in the Division of Pediatric Rheumatology.
  2. apply results of research and quality improvement projects to patient care.
  3. understand quality improvement initiatives within the Division of Pediatric Rheumatology.
